The Coolidge Effect

This particular effect, of all the possible "lists of effect" is easy to understand and requires no extra explanation.

The Coolidge Effect is defined as the effect when a mammalian species, particularly a male exhibit renewed sexual desire when introduced to a newer female.

So in a nutshell, I guess this is why guys tend to have affair more than the women.
